For any order over 2Kg in weight shipping will be calculated and you will be contacted to be advised of the amount.
European Union, Northern Ireland and the USA
We are currently unable to process orders to these regions due to tax tariffs and EU’s current General Product Safety Regulation.
Delivery
Delivery charges are not included in the price of items listed on this website and will be calculated at check out.
Please note that for orders delivered to the UK VAT will be prepaid and included in the price at check out. For any other deliveries outside the Channel Islands the customer is responsible for any customs fees and duties that may be charged (this includes any fees that we may be charged on non-delivered, returned packages).

Delivery Times
Items listed for sale on this website are usually ready to ship in 2-4 days. Delivery times for any Custom Items will be quoted on an order by order basis.
All deliveries are made by reputable couriers. We will advise you in your shipping confirmation of your anticipated delivery date and tracking number, if applicable. Please make sure you will be there to receive and sign for your delivery.
Returns
You have the statuary right under the Trading Standard (Fair Trading) (Guernsey) Ordinance 2023 (FTO) to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day you receive your product (“cooling off period”). This does not apply to Custom Items. After this time, your product cannot be returned or cancelled, except if it is faulty. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you do want to cancel, and return, your order, please email info@guernseytartan.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then advise you how to return your order.
You remain responsible for arranging, and the cost of, the safe return of the product to us. You must return the product back to us no later than 14 days after exercising your cancellation rights. If your country of residence is not Guernsey, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. In this case proof of posting may be required. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will only be accepted at our discretion.
Please ensure that the product is securely packaged. You remain fully responsible for the product until it arrives safely back to us, so we recommend using a signed for and insured courier.
For shipped international orders that are returned to us due to customs charges not being paid by the customer, the cost of these customs charges will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs for international orders.
Returns will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, or the date you provide proof that the item has been returned, in ‘as new’ condition, unused and undamaged.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days of the receipt of returned goods, or the day you provide proof of the item being returned. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
